At Playology Pets, we want your furry friend to look their absolute best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on unworn items. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't quite right, we are here to make it easy to find your pet's new favorite outfit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of pet hair or wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
